After feeling that I might have a gut related issue, I looked around for what may help it & this was one a quite a few that ticked a lot of boxes & was a Probiotic that may help my situation. The probiotic contains the less common (but very important) strains and is a very reasonable price in comparison to alterative products. It is lactose free and is not so huge that it is daunting to swallow. Being Australian made is a benefit. Effective and will be buying again.
