They took a few months to start working but my hair has thickened up a lot at the back of my head since starting the supplements in late January of this year (2020). Now mid-September - about 8 months in total so far. My hair has also grown a lot faster than it normalIy does. I started to notice the difference after 3 months. The crown is still taking a while to thicken. According to my hairdresser, that part of the head takes longer. I hope that area eventuates.
