Insightful Leadership
As a very senior executive, I was surprised to find this book contained many secrets that had taken me 40+ years in the workforce to learn. I had my wife (a teacher) read it and she immediately went out and bought her own copy so she could refer to it on a daily basis. It has lessons in it for people in all walks and times of their life. I will be giving my kids a copy each for Xmas.
