As someone who uses my pressure washer ALOT, I can from a middle of the range karcher where it didn't fail me it was just weak and the hose always got tangled. I wanted a petrol pressure washer for the power and then saw this one. Fantastic power, the deck cleaner feels cheap but work. Super easy to change attachments, unit feels like great quality and the hose doesn't get tangled and rolls up! I suggest fitting a quality hose inlet fitting other than that its ready to go! Also the soapy water feature is great.. havnt bothered with my snow foam lance.

I bought this unit 2 years ago but I didn't take it out of the box for nearly 1 year (due to other higher priorities). When used, it worked really well on pavers, concrete block walls etc. I also used it to clean out my roof gutters and it was doing a great job. But then it started playing up, as if the motor was dying. There is now very little pressure and I ended up using the garden hose instead. I bought this unit because of the PSI rating and price. I was very happy until it basically died. I don't think I over-used it, noting it is of commercial grade, and I only used it around the house. I may have just got a lemon, so am considering buying another JetUSA, maybe a different model?

Have given the pressure washer a good workout. The extra 20m of hose is great in addition to the 10m it comes with. The unit itself is very heavy (27kg as posted incl attachments) - difficult to lift, but the wheels it rolls on are sturdy and smooth. Pressure is good, but I'm not sure it's 3800psi., the instructions state it will improve when run-in. Haven't tried all the attachments yet, but the curved metal gutter cleaning extension is barely useable as the length of the tube combined with the pressure at the outlet end creates a large force backwards, - you have to struggle to hold it in place. I used the pressure washer for hours and had no issues with it overheating or cutting out, but time will tell. Recently had a Kolner5100 and returned it (twice) as it was rubbish; this JetUSA washer is far superior so far.Read full review

Great little machine, used all the attachments that come with it and only one downside, the surface cleaner is cheaply made and won't last long being all plastic with brass swivel and plastic mount. Made light work of the paved driveway Quick to complete the tasks and effortless, the detergent bottle is abit fiddly due to filling on the side of the machine. Had lots of diesel/petrol and small electric pressure washers in the past, and this is the easiest to setup and user friendly. Very Happy purchase

Reviewed various companies products before I selected the Jet-USA 3800. Have used it non stop for 2 days. It never faulted and did a great job. The 30 metre hose was of particular help ( I cleaned the roof tiles and everything that is 36 years old looks brand new) It is also cheaper than anything else for what you get.

I detail cars and after having a 8hp petrol washer i thought id give one of these a go, the machine itself is not to bad pressure, is great for vehicles but not as much as the box says for to much big cleaning jobs. The soaper works really well and different nozzles are awesome and helpful for different jobs, but the floor cleaner is very cheaply made and doesnt work for cleaning the ground or walls your best to use the nozzles so dont buy for the floor cleaner. For the money your prob best to buy a machine that performs the way its meant to as this lacks a little bit. If just for washing home vehicles mainly then this is perfect but for the $ you could probably get a cheaper model for that.
