Overseas power adapter
I received the unit very promptly and communication has been excellent, even on a Sunday! Please be aware though, the "Complimentary" power adapter that is provided is unable to be used in Australia, due to the overseas plug. You have to purchase an outbound travel plug or an Australian power adapter. It isn't clear on the add that it isn't an Aussie plug, with Australia Post logo and the address being Melb, I didn't check to see if it was Australian compatible. Lesson learnt for future online purchases.

Basic Quality Product
This was to replace a 8 year model of the same brand. Concerned that it was reading high. This is a basic unit and seems to work well. Only problem I have found is that it doesn't record date and time of readings like my previous one. Would recommend over the cheaper model out there

Happy to say this device has confirmed I don't have high blood pressure. My last GP would have had me on pills based on one measurement. Also picked up that my son had stopped his meds his reading was high because he'd ceased his medication due to heart pains. Since then he's changed his meds and is doing fine.

Seems sturdy and reliable
Only have this monitor since a week, but so far it’s worked great. I use it 3 times a day and measure in triplicate, and the data seem accurate. The unit itself is quite sturdy and the arm cuff is comfortable and easy to apply. There is also an indicator if the arm cuff is not correctly positioned. The one button operation makes it very simple to use. This model saves up to 30 readings, but it’s tricky to rely on them because it doesn’t save the date or time with the readings, and it’s easier to enter them into one of the many apps available.
