Great pool cleaner
The pool is so clean now, we have heaps of gums dropping leaves, bark, gum nuts and blossom in our pool. The TX30 takes the strain of the filter system as well so it is doing it's job properly. Our pool also has a 80cm step from the shallow to the deep end, the old barracuda style just couldn't ever get up to clean that area, the TX30 gets up there with ease, and the entry steps as well, and the seat in the deep end!! The TX30 is also great to watch.

A great example of a product developed by a team of incompetent software programmers.
This product is obviously developed by a company who thinks that anyone who can write a few lines of code and successfully compile and run it is qualified to develop the software for a real-time robot. I do have a pool with a shape that is more complicated that a rectangular tank and it had confused the little guy completely. Every few minutes it gets stuck somewhere and is unable to get out. Only way is to off power and pull it away. Looking at the response of the robot as it encounters the situation, clearly the developers had not consider any scenarios other than perhaps the most rudiment. Any properly educated software designer would have considered those scenarios and included code to ensure a more decent performance. The seller would not accept returns unfortunately. But anyway I would never touch any product from this company with a 10 foot pole!Read full review

Waste of money,better with a suction vacuum
Purchased after recommended by pool builder who inspected pool beforehand.Scrubbed the pool and expected the cleaner to maintain cleanliness .pebblecrete pool has never looked worse.goes over small leaves and does not pick up,avoids dirty areas and does a wheelstand over others.Scrubber?only spins at wheel speed so not actually “scrubbing”.Tracks keep coming off and it lays on its side and does donuts. I have replaced tracks and scrubber under warranty after only 2 months.If this keeps up I will be looking for a refund as not fit for purpose.Maybe works for some but not me. I have had it for 2 months and have
