I had previously purchased a GME aerial with 6db gain aerial, but due to the height I was unable to leave it attached in the garage. Being in a hilly area a smaller gain area would do the job locally so I decided on this one, which was excellently priced. I have used it on numerous occasions for local travel and the reception is excellent. This is a great quality aerial and will remain attached to my car, except when on outback trips. The size makes it compact enough to carry with me so that when travelling I can easily swap aerials as necessary.
