It can be misleading
I got one of these products and it was not suitable for me. The description of the product did not specify clearly that only certain countries it can be used. It has the word "Universal" which is mislead people to believe that it cam be used on products from any Countries. I got my computer from Cambodia. This adaptor was not suitable.
