The SALONPAS product is great for relieving muscle pain, and I use them daily. This version (as pictured) is different to my usual version, and I found it trickier to get out of the packaging.

I actually preferbthe Salonpas pain patches. Thee Gel Patches are better for awkward spots like knees as they are flexible & stay stuck on even with movement. They are a decent size - I don't think as powerful pain relief as the normal adhesive patches. Will buy again. All Salonpas products I would highly recommend. I have severe back pain & a muscle spasm & the patches are very effective in loweringmy pain levels considerably. The Gel is handy when you need to cover a larger area.
