Vanilla tastes a bit strange and is better with some vanilla essence and a banana or other fruit mixed in. It’s also too gluggy. Mild constipation can be experienced and your diet should include some higher fibre items. Biggest issue is energy. Can’t do my gym without feeling exhausted. Weight loss has been minimal but hard to stick to these only plus one normal meal per day.
