Oh Pylo Box! Where have you been throughout my exercising life? These Pylo Boxes are fantastic for exercising and this particular model is really great because of the padding and cover it is in. It won't leave any scratches on the floor, but I use mine on a couple of rubber floor mats. It is not too heavy, so it's easy to move around and to flip between the three different heights. My children have no trouble doing this. A word of warning if you have kids: they will keep trying to use it and jump on it when you're trying to exercise!
