Solid connectors, there is no movement in the casing either side. Perfect fit in socket leaves little concern of it falling out unlike using bulkier adapters to achieve full size display cable output. The cable is a good length and feels substantial. No compatibility issues, lives up to the plug and play standards without having to adjust video driver settings. Being used with an 11th gen Intel nuc, perfect pairing. Does take a little bit of coaxing to get the cable straight again though (Take your time with it, again it is a very solid cable).
