I had never used an induction cooktop before. So it was very interesting. I have hard anodised aluminium frypans. Comparing the cooktop to my gas stove. It is much easier to clean. It is faster. My aluminium cookware does not work. Non stick cookware is easier to clean than iron or steel. The cooktop takes up considerable space on my limited bench space. It is very easy to store and set up. I definitely buy it again but I don't have room for another one.
