Found cable connecting power to fan should never have been past by Australian Standards because cable too thin and connector was rubbish had no screws to tighten , when i received fan cables were exposed so i used my own cable connector which had screws to tighten. Also fan works but flaps did not raise up when operating so I had to break off so that air would go through. Overall not a good product, you need to fix these issues.

The Product looks like it is OK but the fan does not have enough energy to open the draft excluder flaps and is quite noisy for it's size. I removed the flaps and spring and installed the fan anyway as I cannot be bothered and inconvenienced in returning it and waiting for a refund. I have mounted it in my toilet ceiling. On these grounds I have rated it as poor in value and quality and would not recommend it to anyone.

The 12watt motor is barely enough to open the back draft preventer when horizonal, and won't do it if mounted in the ceiling. And the cord doesn't come out into the roof. But I love the way it just screws into the cavity. Good idea.
