Jessica Sheppard (Ashley Judd) is a San Franciso police inspector prowling the wharf for a serial killer whose victims all have one thing in common - her. All the clues point to her and Jessica begins to suspect that she might be the killer she is looking for. Starring Ashley Judd, Andy Garcia and Samuel L Jackson. This is 3 of the best actors in the business giving stellar performances in a very clever, (cop world) Who Done-it. Yes it is Twisted in more ways than one. Most enjoyable, I love a clever story told by gifted artists.
