The DVD player plays well, has bright display and produces good quality sound. But it is VERY noisy, which should not be the case with a dvd player. I can hear it when I am trying to watch a movie and it is very distracting. I am going to upgrade to a better-quality one where I can just enjoy the movie without hearing that annoying loud sound. Very disappointing.
