I have just installed it on a wall. I had some difficulty fastening it to the wall. It would be ideal for mounting it if the mounting bracket could be separated from the hose reel, fastened to the wall and the hose reel then reattached to the mounting bracket.

Retraction of the hose is not so good. In fact it tends to jam often. So the included (poorly written/translated) instruction recommends you turn the unit on its side if jamming occurs. Bit hard if it's up on a wall. Also can't see how the swivel bracket detaches from the hose unit, for mounting. Ended up having someone hold it in place while mounting. Again poor instruction or lack thereof.
