This is a great water cooler. We've had two this is our 2nd. Its good having two options Hot or Cold water. We use it mostly for Cold water. We have been able to use the hot water for cuppa teas - surprisingly it comes out hot enough to do so also for cuppa soups ect. It does have a safety button for the hot water so little ones can't get to it. The cold water stays nice and cold as if it were coming out of the fridge. However the bottom is not a fridge it's just shelving to hold cups/ tea bags, etc. Our first water cooler had a fridge at the bottom. The fridges do come in Handy. I would say that's the only downside to this water cooler. I wish it was a fridge down below not just shelving. There are no sharp edges and it's Easy to use.

I've owned the brand new Devanti Water Cooler for about 3 months. At first it was great filtered cool water being dispensed & instant hot water if I needed it tho I never used the hot, After about 6 weeks the green light stayed on & then it stopped dispensing cool water, I found a sight to help with re-set instructions which I carried out & unit worked again for a couple of days. Now no matter what I do after endless re-sets, it still doesn't cool. Still waiting for a response from their contact site. Very unhappy.

It is good product as per the cost. Little noisy but not too bad. Instruction manual needs to be improved. Also add the instruction about drainage hole - When and how to use it. It got delivered upside down. May be packaging needs more instructions so that it does not happen in transport.
