Mirrors are easy to replace but are not OE quality. Light plastic construction compared to cast zinc support/ heavier ABS of genuine mirrors, also have a convex rather than flat glass mirror. Tend to wobble around at highway speeds. As expected at that price point but fully serviceable and better than a broken mirror.
