Brilliant dehydrator, much better than my old round one, so easy to use and can fit so much in on so many trays. It doesn't have degrees Celsius like in the photos, just has fahrenheight. Nice big trays, would be better with a slightly deeper lip around edge. Also bottom tray takes a bit of fiddling to pull out but the machine is so easy to use having said that I totally love this machine. Dehydrated evenly and so fast. Highly recommended. I made some tray liners using aluminium fly screen from Bunnings which I cut to size and can now do small and crumbly things (like peas/corn and scrambled egg to make powdered egg, and it works perfectly.

I really liked using it. Jerky was good, you have to swap the draws around so they dry at the same time. Cleaning out the oil and fat was a pain. I was going to make up a drip tray but the heating element stopped working. You can't really fix the machine, so I got to use if 5 times. I still have the unit and am going to make up another heating element for it. Brand has always been good. The trays also showed no signs of melting.
