The instructor is wonderful and the steps aren't too hard. I've done it a few times and still learning. The instructor is very upbeat and funny and shows you exactly what you should and shouldn't do and the steps are not overly complex. Following the class you can't help but feel uplifted. It's also a good cardio exercise routine and I would think, good for flexibility. Cheaper then a lot of classes and it makes it a lot easier to learn the steps.
