Being left handed it is so nice to be able to buy a quality mouse that fits. I have small hands yet the large size fits me nicely, I would imagine that the standard size might well be too small for a lot of people. The mouse is very comfortable and the side buttons are well positioned. I had some trouble pairing the mouse with the USB receiver, which was disappointing (I had my two primary click buttons reversed) but when I finally managed it everything went smoothly, the fast scrolling, where you click the scroll wheel and then drag up or down is very handy and works well. Overall I would rate this mouse at 9/10
