This product is new to me. On the first trip of some 650 klms with 2 bikes it was relatively easy to load the inside bike and easy to load the outside bike. Bikes were secured at the wheels with adjustable rubber straps and by insulated hooks that ratcheted down to hold each bike frame individually. Some bikes have front suspension that can be depressed, hooks lowered then the suspension released keeping tension on the hooks making the bikes held well. Local laws insist that number plates must be visible so if your bikes obscure the number plate, you either have to move the vehicle plate or purchase a smaller plate (same number as vehicle) from the local authorities. Hand written is not acceptable. Fines are substantial

Good carrier design, but the one-size-fits-all coupling to the tow bar is just not stable enough.....and it wobbled too much on my car. So I reinforced the cross bar and the tow-bar connector, and now it is great.....really rigid. :-)

Easy to put together. Strong steal and fits well in the hitch. Bikes are secure. However the part the bike sits on (not the bar to the hitch) wobbles a lot. A little to much for my liking so some modifications needed to be made.

Easy to assemble, but the bike holders needed to be tapped on the upright with a hammer rather than be able to be slid on by hand. The tow bar fitting was okish, but fiddly and needed a spacer made, to position the internal locking nut, to allow the attachment bolt to find it.
