Its not that bad but as per instructions says 2 cups rice 2 cups water, rice always left uncooked. Bottom rice well cook but top one always raw. Bottom rice overcook and burn if left on warm. Somehow, it's not that bad if you keep eyes and add little extra water while cooking.
