Worked with included USB receiver on a powermac G5 running Tiger. Click and scroll is smooth for desktop and office use. Didn't pair with bluetooth 4.0 on my G5 (product does not claim to support a G5), but also didn't pair with a macbook pro that was on the supported list for this mouse. Not a big deal except I lose a USB port for the receiver. As such, 4/5.
