Easy to construct and works really well at a budget price. I wanted an entry level, easily portable small device. This fits the bill to perfection. Easy to use and helps with increasing muscle tone. It's not going to perfect my entire body, but, it's helping muscle definition in arms. If you don't want the hassle of a huge machine with super heavy fly wheels, this is simple, and has limited effectiveness. If you really want to work the entire body and build from there, it won't suit you. What you see is what you get, but at my age, I'm happy with the limited features and portability.

The Everfit rowing machine is compact, easy to move around and store away. Both my wife and I are using it on a regular basis and find it most enjoyable and easy to use. This rowing machine is simple to put together and does almost exactly what you would expect it too except I didn't find it to be so much of a cardio workout and more a weight workout as the hydraulic system is non adjustable and for someone looking for a light workout it is more like towing a ship behind a rowboat. I do like the fact that by the time I can use it as a cardio I'll be well and truly fit.
