I bought the heat mat and thermostat controller to help me make sourdough bread. I chucked it in a styrofoam box and it worked a treat. Highly recommend to anyone into fermenting/brewing. The controller is only to control heat, as InkBird has few other controllers that support cooling and heating functions. Also it's not WiFi compatible, some other models are, but not this one.

The heat mat is well constructed and just thebright size for a small propagating unit. As soon as it arrived in August I planted some vegetable seeds in the propagating unit including tomato, silver beet and zucchini. I put them on the heat mat and I've never had such quick and even germination. They're nearly ready to plant out and I've got a second batch of seeds on the heat mat already.
