Good but very loud
So I purchased this to keep in my room. Firstly the water isn't even that cold it's chill but not ice cold. But the worst part is the noise it makes when it's cooling down the water. It's soo loud and it stays on for like half an hour. So I estimate that if you drink like around 500-700ml it will turn on the machine to make new water cold again that lasts anywhere from 25-35 minutes. In hot weather it takes so long. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that's living in a small place or wants to put it a room etc. But the actual filter is good. Its just very annoying and gives you a headache it seems that it's always cooling down the water

Fresh water for the family
We live in WA and our water is fine but we find having cool water on the bench for the kids means they drink way more water. Even the smallest of them can fill their own cup which they can’t do at the sink. We refill the entire thing at least once per day which is super simple. The water is cool not cold so very drinkable and refreshing. The filter is not really necessary in WA so can’t really say that the water tastes different however it doesn’t taste ‘false’ like some filters do. I highly recommend this product.

No more bottled water.
After been made aware of the problem of plastics on the marine life i decided to stop buying bottled water. I purchased the heller 8.5L water filter dispenser and am totally satisfied with it, the water tastes great and the unit does not take up a lot of room on the benchtop & looks good as well.
