The CTEK MXS 5.0 battery charger is an amazingly compact and smart unit. It is straightforward to use and have already used it on the batteries of our three vehicles. This is my second CTEK charger, only because someone borrowed my last and didn't return it. These are great chargers that can do everything from topping up an unused battery, to reconditioning a sulphated battery, to charging a flat battery. One look at the unit and you will see the quality of it.

Have a number of these chargers and find they are of really good quality and do exactly what I require for both the bikes and cars. I find the inbuilt fault light has given me enough time to get a new battery in time, as opposed to thinking the battery is ok, with standard chargers and leaving me stuck....at the last minute.

This unit charges all my batteries (mostly my camping ones) and has not missed a beat. 5amps an hour is good, so it takes about 24hrs to completely charge my battery to 110%. This would have to be the best all round charger you can get.
