Bought this for my elderly mother to use during this pandemic to keep her active. Normally she is very picky on items or equipment however this she absolutely loves it. It is quite easy for her to setup and use and she's even made a game of it using her fitness app on her phone and this treadmill she now tracks how many steps she walks per day.

1. The handles are set too low, so that it is difficult to use one or both hands to balance on the treadmill. I can't see any way to raise the height. I am only 168 cm so this would be more difficult for a taller person. I have to walk in a stooped position which is very uncomfortable. 2. I would prefer that the belt went down completely flat rather than being at the same elevation without being adjustable. 3. The belt itself is very short which means that only short steps can be taken. I think the machine is quite good quality but not suitable for someone elderly and of average height - OK for a small, younger user
