I already had the 3.5L Auspure air fryer,but couldn't help myself to get this larger version. I'm so glad I did. The basket is a great size for larger recipes and saves me from having to cook meals in batches. The smaller version often required less time than recipes required but the 5.5L cooks everything perfectly! I've done wings, pierogies, corn, on the cob, fries, and spically Almond croissant come out perfectly. I'm so glad I upgraded! The price is great, the controls are easy to use, and the basket is a breeze to clean. It even comes with a cookbook! Highly recommended.

This fryer is wonderful! We already had an Ultrean fryer that we loved and used all the time, but sometimes we were limited by the size. The larger size of this one allows us to cook things that we weren't able to make with our old fryer. The very first meal we made was an entire chicken- impossible with a smaller fryer. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy. Our second meal in the fryer was a pork lion. The fryer made a nice "crust" on the outside and the meat was perfectly done. The last big meal we've used the fryer for so far was acorn squash. I was able to fit all four halves of the squashes in the fryer,and this was my favorite meal yet! The fryer caramelized the squash and made it taste so sweet! For fun we made some meatballs in our old fryer to serve with the squash. I am so amazed by how awesome this is! I never expected to own an air fryer but just figured "Why not" and to try it out. I have to say I love it! We can make so much in it like typical French fries, fried chicken to egg rolls and muffins.
