Got brilliant result from this low priced dehydrator in half the time of my previous one. Works as well as the really high priced models at a fraction of the cost. Cavernous capacity with its 10 shelves and much easier to clean up than my previous machine. Unfortunately the trays were too big to fit into my "Dish Drawer" dishwasher so I had to take them over to my daughter's house or wash by hand which actually isn't that hard. I did a double batch of my jerky recipe and still had 2 shelves spare and got much better product than ever before in less than half the time. Also great for drying herbs and is big enough to double as a proving cabinet for my pizza dough.

This 10 tray dehydrator is both compact yet somehow spacious for volume it can hold. It dehydrates evenly throughout the unit, so no need to check and move shelves to ensure even processing. Easy to remove shelving if dehydrating thicker items. Only thing I would consider a possible con is lack of timer, but everything else about this unit is a pro.
