I've been using this type of notebook for many years now. Pros - It's lined up like a to do list (with priority, task name, due date and tick off columns) which is pretty much what I use the book for - Each page is perforated so I can easily tear it out of the notebook - Comes with a handy little ruler / divider - Has a pouch for loose paper and cards - Plastic cover at the front and back means its helps keep its shape but isn't too rigid - Spiral binding means I can fold it half Cons - For a notebook its pretty pricey - This latest purchase the pages don't feel as smooth as they have in the past (sounds minor but it used to be a pro for me)
