Good, solid knife but can do with a better edge
The knives fit comfortably in the hand & have a good weight & balance to them. They look good & are easy to keep clean. The main question is how well do they cut? The large knife was not as sharp as I expected, out of the box. I have attempted to put a better edge on it & it is nicer to use now. I have a Global Chef's Knife & a cheap Tojiro nakiri knife, both are much, much sharper than the Furi. The Furi's blade is thicker than the other 2 knives. The Furi is a nice knife, provided you can get a good, sharp edge on it. I will persevere with it.
