By buying this product and doing some self maintenance by replacing these parts into my Delonghi machine, a 10 minute job, I saved myself $375 which the service agent wanted to charge me for a full service. I was experiencing problems where the coffee puck wasn't being deposited into the bin inside the machine and I found that the piston wasn't retracting. After researching the problem, I found the solution on YouTube, bought these 'O' rings and some food quality grease from Bunnings' plumbing section, I now a machine works perfectly again.

The O rings for the delonghi coffee machine are seemingly good quality, I just fitted them. But I compared with old rings and they are about 0.5mm thinner in thickness. But they still seem to work ok in the machine. I suspect they are not original Delonghi o rings but after market standard o rings - in which case they are over priced. The silicone grease seems good.
