Good design awful instructions
Works well but terrible instructions and absurd design for sound signals. Totally counterintuitive. Once I sorted this out it worked well. If you get one treat the "DISC" knob as the sensitivity knob!

Useless unless you are on level ground without vegetation (or maybe a beach for something 1cm under the sand). Searching for even rather large metal objects in long grass is hit and miss. Impossible to adjust and keeps needing re-adjustment for a very temperamental piece of equipment that is useless for scanning an area unless you know the almost precise location of the lost metal. Plus chews through batteries.

Inexpensive product which might stimulate interest in a more substantial, better quality device. The assembly instructions are inadequate. There are 2 spaces for batteries (9v). There needs to be more clear information on interpreting noises and readings.
