Overall it is a decent mouse that is well priced, but it has some design issues in my opinion. It has extra "non standard" buttons which is probably why you're looking into this mouse, but ultimately they are not placed that well. DPI up/down buttons are awkward to press, but take real estate away from the left click button. Basically when buttons are not well placed, they just hurt the overall design and feel of the mouse in your hand. Of the "non standard" buttons I only use the sniping button and the left/right scroll wheel buttons (for web browsing). Ultimately I only got 1 extra button out of the mouse for my gaming use. pros - looks cool - good price for what you get - more buttons than a regular mouse - "sniping" button pretty handy and in a convenient position. it temporarily changes DPI while you hold it custom mouse settings per game, but can be customised to anything else - can scroll left/right by nudging the scroll wheel left/right - seamless easy to use software. you can even setup alternate versions for each click e.g. you set it up to make "ctrl + click" do something different than "click" in a specific game you choose - you can add/remove some weights, though I imagine most people won't use the weights cons - in hand feel not ideal for me (gigabyte GM-M6880 has the ideal feel for me). i am a male with a medium/large hand and i prefer a palm grip. this mouse makes me use more of a claw grip - the extra "non standard" buttons are not placed ergonomically meaning you won't realistically use any of them except the sniping button, which feels natural to press - not the best scroll wheel for up/down movements. it feels a bit clunky in how it movesRead full review

This item may be good for gaming, but for general use and photo editing etc, it is very poor and difficult to use. Main issue is the very sensitive scroll wheel in free motion - it seems to have a mind of its own. Some times there is a delay in scrolling. More often it scrolls super fast and then reverse scrolls.Very hard to actually get to screen area you want. Mouse is stationary so that doesn't appear to be the issue. Put the old MS mouse back and it is perfect. Logitech have half acknowledged there is an issue and set out some un-install and re-install procedures. Done all that and the problem persists. Quite frankly, if the mouse cannot operate as a normal mouse, its game over.

After purchasing one approximately 2 - 3 months ago i was happy enough with the mouse that i bought his second G502 hero for my Mrs to use. Literally the next day after purchasing the second one (for my complete new build) the first one has developed a double click issue with the right click button. Its has had about 350 hours of actual game time use for apex legends solely. The left and right buttons are very lose how they sit you can move them around a fair bit. Theres rubber on the bottom of the mouse which if you are a bit heavy handed can cause it to rub on your mouse pad and you can feel the friction. Its been a great mouse above all else though, super comfortable in the hand and tracks perfectly. Couldnt ask for much else... Other than better switches.

Really great product. Quality braided cable, excellent RGB LED lighting, adjustable weights, metal scroll wheel, fully rebuildable, 11 programable buttons. Very accurate and high quality. Bought a second one to use with my laptop.

This mouse is brilliant. It is reliable and is comfortable to use for long periods. I like that the scroll wheel can spin freely with the press of a button. Makes it easy to navigate web pages. In fact this is the second 502 I have purchased to use on a second computer. The first one still going strong after 2 years. Don't hesitate you will not be disappointed.

This mouse is amazing for its price, feels sturdy and has a real solid feel to it, my favourite feature is the thumb button that slows your mouse down when pressed for fps games. The scroll wheel is metal and you can press a button and it will free spin really fast. It has very high polling rate of 1000, feels very smooth would recommend.

Great battery life, wireless works flawlessly, great functionality. Maybe a bit overpriced. RMB slightly loose.

I found this mouse is quite good in performance whilst in game. You can programme up to 11 buttons with it and it isn't too hard to learn. However, with everything about this mouse being overall good for me, I found that it does not show me which level of dpi I am on and had to rely on the cursor movement instead if I chose not to have set up different profiles for each dpi and the color specifically for it. But overall, i had a very good mouse experience with it.
