Great product if used properly. Don't expect it to be DIY dentistry and it will hold you over for a few days if you can't get to a dentist straight away. Works well on - small cavities or holes from existing fillings that have fallen out and got lost. Not recommended for - broken teeth or large areas that you can't pack the material into (e.g. lost crowns).

I seriously don't understand why everyone us giving this item like 1-2 stars I have bought countless numbers of these ones from places like price line and never have had a problem with keeping it in. Just the way u do it is all. The only thing I would say is negative about t is the price I find it a little expensive for such a small tube.

I bought this for a temporary filling of a molar that has been super sensitive unable to eat on that side, cold drinks were very painful. The Dentafix compound was very easy to apply and totally taste & odour free. I waited approximate 30 minutes after applying and drank a COLD glass of water PAIN-FREE, later that night I was able to eat a steak without a problem and no damage to filling, absolutely brilliant product!!
