I had to use a friends phone to connect to the rain-bird on the hot-spot start up as on my phone the rain-bird app did not recognize I was connected to the wifi hot-spot. When the rain-bird was set up we did the email the settings extension for the app and it is now working on my phone. The app is way more intuitive than my old on the wall timer so I don't have to guess when the retic is coming on. The automatic seasonal adjust is working even though im in western Australia and checking that my spray heads are working is now an easy task.This is a great unit
