Delivery time was great Product itself is cheap, sharp edges under hand bar that can easily cut through skin Heart rate and distance monitor inaccurate. Distance monitor is very inaccurate. Running belt gets really hot in mild work out, not to mention the noise it makes. Had I known all these I'd invested a couple hundred more and bought something locally of higher quality Not the worst machine for those that aims to use it occasionally once or twice a week

Great for home gym
Has all the features you need in a Treadmill. Easy to use. Good for all fitness levels. I am not a very tall person but I do find the front control panel rather low. No PAUSE option, if you push stop button you have to start your workout all over again .

For the price this machine does it all for moderate users. Not great for long striders, but super for brisk walking. Easily adjustable speed and incline. Drawback: it resets if you have to stop briefly and start again.

Item is of a reasonable quality but not exceptional. Shock absorber suspension quite noisy when in use. Thumps with every step and I am just 90kg so well under rated maximum. Also appears that front screen not square to treadmill mat.

Overall this is good for the price and functional use. Putting it together and getting it working was easy and it does the job for getting you moving for a healthier life. It's not for larger people though I'm a medium build 80kg and it's just big enough ..my hands keep hitting the side handles and the tread mat is narrow but ok. I noticed when walking firmly the tread is slowed every time your advancing foot touches down which can make it less smooth than a pro version treadmill ..so applying lubricant underneath mat is very important regularly.
