I haven't had a Fountain Pen for a long time! This one doesn't only feel right, but writes great as well. I will get more of this brand in future! What I like more is the fact that I can fill it with ink, as I have cartridges, but cannot get them to work! Not the Jinhao pen! I will be looking forward to many an hour of letter or card writing. It is always better to send a handwritten letter in this age of electronics. As I make my own cards a good pen is also a necessity! Jinhao fountain pens are just right!

I can't believe such a cheap in price pen can perform so well! I own a few other 'big-brand' fountain pens. But this Jinhao pen is surprisedly good, smooth nib out of the box. The body is stainless steel except for the grip section. This pen comes with a converter for a refill with bottle ink. So far the only drawback is that it is not that good-looking - but who cares if you have nice writing/drawing experience?
