The chair works wel lfor what it is supposed to do But it is not suited to someone over 183cm tall as the back rest doesn't go high enough . This results in the upper part of the spine not being massaged. I also find the air bags for the shoulders and gluteals are not that effective for someone my size. A smaller person may benefit more. Overall, as i said it works ok.

I've now had this chair for a week and tested the functions thoroughly. I can say the quality is only average. The zipper at the back came broke, the back padding (while not using back rollers) is terrible and not much cushioning, the heat functions are not consistent throughout, remote control is pretty basic and you have change many settings in different menus for small changes, zero gravity is okay. HTH.
