For the price this is a great unit. It does not chill the water as cold as I was hoping, but it does chill. A little loud when the fan is cranking in the cooling process which happens every 3-4 glasses of water (which doesn't take long) It holds a good capacity, buy some bi-carb soda if you buy one as its suggested to clean out the internals for a few hours before you use it the first time.

This is a simple product that does its job about as well as anyone could expect. It's a considerable improvement on the old unit I had. It holds enough water to avoid having to constantly refill it. The tap seems sturdier than the ones on some of these units.
