It is a brilliant product. For a small fan it really packs a punch! It cools and circulates the air a lot better than a pedestal fan. It is neat and fits in with my decor, in fact it would look great in any home or workplace. I would recommend this product to anyone requiring a smaller unobtrusive fan.

I had to dismantle this thing 3 times and bend the blades to get them spinning without a pronounced wobble. It is still a very noisy unit with a pronounced "whine" when on 2 or 3 speed. Even after oiling both motor bearings and tightening up all mounting screws, it still has a whiney noise (I suspect it is the design of the blades). I'll just use it in a room where the noise isn't of concern. Update 21/1/17 - Just saw the same fan for sale at Bunnings-- $19.00 - and I paid $34.00 !! 3/10

This is definitely the Rolls Royce of 40cm Desktop Fans. Very sturdy, quality, sleek but futuristic styling. This is no lightweight fan. It is built to last. Very powerful 3 speed 70w motor provides copious amounts of air. I got mine as a display item for $40 which is an absolute bargain. It came out of the box looking like brand new. Even at the brand new price of $55 I would still recommend this fan. I absolutely love this fan.
