It is simple to maintain and looks attractive on our kitchen bench. It filters out all of the "crap" that is in the town water supply. Whilst we use rain water for our washing machine and for drinking water we find that it still removes debries that end up flowing into the tanks. We even purchased a unit for our children and our grandaughters love it.Purchased extra filters just in case the product changes over the next few years, as most do.
