The touch screen is an excellent addition to your Ness security system. Highly recommended in terms of information display and ease of activating and de-activating the alarm. However the reason I had to buy one this time around is that the one that was initially installed failed after 12 months, which is sub optimal. The problem was that the data communications signal was permanently shorted to ground inside the touch screen, causing it to always be displaying a waiting to connect to panel type message. Clock signal was fine. Hopefully this is not a weakness in the design.
