Initial start up was a little tricky, battery performance isn't the best but it serves it's purpose very well and does it without a fuss. Once set up the device is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

This device works properly, which means you cannot expect it performs as well as an 4G home internet pack. The biggest drawback is its reliability in terms of battery: I have no idea how does the appliance measure the battery, it runs out quickly and sometimes in a non-lineal way, which means when the system claim there is 51% left, when you restart the device, it gives you a 20% battery index, I truely believe the manufactuer needs to redesign their battery unit for a better performance.

I’ve had two of these units now and they’ve both stopped working. They power up fine and produce a wifi network but after a few months they stop connecting to the internet i.e. you can sit on the wifi network but there’s no internet connection. It’s definitely not an issue with the internet/4G coverage as if I take the SIM card out and put it in another device then they connect fine. My first one lasted about 6 months and the second one about 3 months. I only use them intermittently.

I'm not sure why it's so expensive but it works really good. This is my main connection to the web at home and in the car. No need to sign up with an internet provider, just pop in a good data sim and connect all your gadgets. And best of all, it does not tie me to one place like other fixed line internet connections.
