Great product
Best idea I've seen, I have tried to find something that would get the generator out from under the bed in our cavan, well this is it the generator toolbox, the box now sits proudly on the back of the van, securely fixed so it doesn't bounce around easy to start because it's up off the ground there's even room for a 10 litre fuel can, The only alterations I made was put vents in each end of the box for a bit more ventilation around the gnerator, and ran the exhaust out of the box and made it removable for when the genie is not in use, I ran a 15A power lead under the van to the front side just under the 240V inlet of the van and now I only use a short 2 meter lead to plug the genie into the van. Arrived two days after ordered.
I was pleasantly surprised that the tool box turned up two days after I ordered it. There’s a few issues with the toolbox itself though. Some spots where the weld hasn’t gone all the way and has left minor holes which I’m hoping won’t let water in. And one corner doesn’t line up properly which hopefully in turn doesn’t let water in as well. This makes the locking a little tight. It was easier to keep it rather than go through the process of returning the item. Apart from that, the toolbox is worth the dollars.
