Bought the unit to try to improve a weak signal spot. The netgear booster is located where it says the signal is strong (connecting to the wifi) but the speed and reliability of the connection to my ipad is only very marginally better withthe booster than without it - in the weak signal location (only 8m from booster - no walls). In my case this was not a value for money purchase.

the unit is small but with external antenna's it has good range . it is easy to set up , looks well made and has an Ethernet socket . Have had it for several weeks and all seems good with the unit . Have not found any down sides to date .

This device was surprisingly easy to use, i'm not computer savvy so I was after a relatively set up process. The one touch WPS set up didn't work for my system so I had to go online and set up but even this was pretty straight forward. Definitely recommend to buy for it's intended purpose.
