My husband and I went on this diet. We found it very easy to follow with shopping lists for each week and tasty meals which were simple to prepare. We stuck to it religiously for the three weeks. My husband lost 7 kgs and I lost 5. We did it again less strictly and then took on board all the good things about it, such as portion size, use of herbs and spices and balance of food types. Now, 10 weeks later my husband has lost 14 kgs and I have lost 8. We are down to our goal weight and didn't find it at all hard. A great balanced healthy way of living. To keep costs down I would try to limit the vast variety of dishes (especially the different breakfasts every day). All in all a great, healthy diet that definitely reduces those unwanted kilos!
